KOBALT WRITERS DOMINATE SWEDISH AWARDS
At the recent Swedish Music Publishers Association's annual awards ceremony held in Stockholm, Sweden, Kobalt Music Group clients received 3 out of the 6 prizes in the categories for popular music. Max Martin was given the Composer of the Year award. Anders Hansson and Sharon Vaughn received the Song of the Year award for "Release Me," which was co-written with the artist Agnes. The award for "Most Played Song" on radio went to Max Martin and Johan Schuster for the tune, "So What," which they co-wrote with superstar artist Pink.
